Maria graduated from Kings College London, University of London with an LL.B (Hons) degree in Law and subsequently obtained a Masters Degree (MSc) in Law and Accounting from the London School of Economics & Political Sciences specialising on legal aspects of corporate finance and capital markets law and regulation. She started her career at the Law offices of Andreas Neocleous & Co and then spent 4 years at the Association of Cyprus Commercial Banks as a Legal Officer. Then she worked for a multinational Group of Companies as an internal legal advisor and subsequently joined Kommunalkredit International Bank Ltd where she spent 4 years as a Senior Manager and Head of the Legal Department’s Capital Markets Desk. She is now an Advocate / Partner at KPK Legal of which she is one of the founding partners. Her main areas of practice cover all areas of corporate and commercial law, banking and capital markets law and regulation, bankruptcy and insolvency law. She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association, the Society of Advanced Legal Studies and LSE Lawyers Group.

Kathryn graduated from the Metropolitan University of Manchester with an LL.B (Hons) degree in Law and, after having attended the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law, she was called to the Bar by Gray’s Inn. She started her career at the Law offices of Cacoyannis & Co plc and then spent 7 years at the bank London Forfaiting Asia Ltd, where she set up and headed the legal department. She then spent 4 years at the Law offices of Chrysses Demetriades & Co in the shipping finance department. She subsequently joined Kommunalkredit International Bank Ltd where she set up the Legal Department. She spent there 5 years and held the position of Head of the Legal Department’s Loans and Financing Desk. She is now an Advocate / Partner at KPK Legal of which she is one of the founding partners. Her areas of practice include banking law with a specialisation in international and public financing, corporate law, commercial law, shipping/maritime law, real estate law and employment law. She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and of the English Bar.

Tereza graduated from the University of Warwick with an LL.B (Hons) degree in Law from where she subsequently obtained an LL.M in International Development Law and Human Rights. She started her career at Costas Melas & Co LLC where she worked in the Litigation Department and dealt in particular with family litigation. She subsequently joined KPK Legal and is now an advocate/partner heading the departments of Property Law and Immigration. Her main areas of practice include property law and immigration, corporate and commercial law and family law. She is an accredited ADR GROUP CIVIL & COMMERCIAL MEDIATOR as well as a member of the Cyprus Bar Association, the Cyprus Register of Mediators for Civil Matters and the Cyprus Register of Mediators for Commercial Matters.

Theodora graduated from the University of Leicester with an LL.B (Hons) degree in Law and, after having attended the Bar Vocational Course at the College of Law (Bloomsbury), she was called to the Bar by Middle Temple. She subsequently obtained a Master’s Degree (LL.M) in EU Law from the University of Westminster. She started her career at the law offices of Chrysses Demetriades & Co LLC where she worked as an advocate in the General Litigation Department. She then worked at the law offices of Patrikios Pavlou & Co LLC as an advocate in the Corporate Litigation Department. She subsequently joined KPK legal and is now a Senior Advocate where she deals with the whole spectrum of corporate and commercial law. Theodora has wide experience on corporate, banking and finance transactions as well as advising Cyprus Investments Firms on legal and compliance matters. She specializes in various fields of corporate litigation including, inter alia, obtaining liquidation orders for foreign companies in the Republic of Cyprus, securing and challenging interim orders such as world-wide freezing orders, disclosure orders, appointment of interim receivers, interim injunctions and obtaining orders in respect to corporate governance matters. She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and of the English Bar.

Pantelitsa graduated from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with an LL.B (Hons) degree in Law, and, subsequently, obtained a Masters Degree (MSc) in International Trade and Commercial Law from the School of Law of the University of Essex. She first joined the law offices of KPK LEGAL as a trainee lawyer and since her admission to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2017 she is an active member of the legal department of the company dealing with great variety of corporate and commercial law matters. Her main areas of practice, consist of, inter alia, company law, corporate litigation law, commercial law, real estate law, contract law, labour law and immigration law. She represents a variety of clients ranging from newly-incorporated companies to large multinational corporations and individuals and her practice involves drafting of various legal documents including but not limited to legal agreements, petitions, legal opinions, lawyer letters, resolutions, minutes, power of attorneys and affidavits. Pantelitsa’ s main objective is to maintain continuous and great communication with her clients but at the same time to meet each client’s particular needs and expectations.

Mina graduated from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with an LL.B (Hons) degree in Law and subsequently obtained a Master’s Degree (LLM) in Transnational and European Commercial law, Arbitration, Mediation and Energy law. She joined KPK Legal as a Trainee Lawyer and since her admission to the Cyprus Bar in 2017 she is an active member of the Corporate and Commercial Department of the Firm practicing law in variety of fields, including corporate law, commercial law, contract law, real estate law, immigration law, data protection law and labor law. She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association.

Tonia graduated from the University of Leeds with an LL.B (Hons) Degree in Law and subsequently, obtained a Master’s Degree (LL.M) in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham. She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and has been practicing law since 2013. She is now a Senior Advocate in the corporate department of our firm where she deals mainly with corporate and investment services law.

Antonia graduated from Birmingham City University in 2018 having obtained an LL.B (Hons) degree in Law. She then continued her studies at the Nottingham Trent University where she obtained her Legal Practice Course (LPC) with LLM in Professional Legal Practice in 2019. Antonia joined KPK Legal in August 2021 as a trainee lawyer, and since her admission to the Cyprus Bar Association, she works as a fully qualified lawyer in our firm, practicing several fields of law.
