Maria Hadjisavva

Senior Advocate

Maria Hadjisavva is an accomplished legal professional specializing in civil litigation and has a broad trial and appellate litigation practice, with a focus on corporate and commercial litigation, tort, contract, negligence and real estate claims. Maria has extensive experience representing clients in various legal disputes before the Court and her involvement extends to numerous arbitration and disciplinary procedures and civil law court actions.

Prior to becoming a Senior Advocate at KPK LEGAL, she has worked on both fronts of the legal profession, that is in Court as a litigator and out of court, as a corporate lawyer.  Her dual capacity and in-depth knowledge of both, allows her to provide a unique perspective and holistic legal services to her clients.

Maria was also a Tutor at the Leeds Trinity University teaching the Law foundation year, on different areas of Law and is the writer of 15+ legal articles published in the ILO, Mondaq and in-Cyprus Mail.  

Maria is a non-practising Solicitor in the UK. She is a member of the Limassol Bar Association, and she was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2015.
