Theodora is heading the departments of Financial Services, Restructuring (mergers and acquisitions), Corporate Litigation and Data Protection of KPK LEGAL. Her practice and experience spans on all aspects of Corporate and Commercial Law.
Prior to becoming a partner at KPK LEGAL, she has worked on both fronts of the legal profession, that is in court as a litigator and out of court, as a corporate lawyer. Her understanding and in-depth knowledge of both, the corporate world and of the mechanics of litigation, constitutes an added advantage she offers whilse providing legal advse to clients.
Theodora, advises regularly, reputable investments firms as well as high net worth individuals, on day-to-day legal matters or on complex corporate transactions and legal issues, which frequently require her multi-jurisdictional attention and overview.
Theodora is a member of the Honorable Society of Middle Temple (UK). She is a member of the Trusts Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association.
